Will do, thanks! We asked for updates from the NVC at support@ustraveldocs.com with the case number as the subject, and there was a reply with a login (my email and a temp password) for https://portal.ustraveldocs.com/ Don’t know if that’s standard but it happened.

My case was same. NVC Left on 5/23 and embassy received 6/1but I still have not received my packet 4. Can we book vac and interview without that?
