Well, it's been a whole year since the USCIS received the payment and application for my wife's spouse Visa. We've been married for over a year and a half, LEGALLY. Submitted the forms and photos and receipts from over 3.5 years of knowing each other. All we have is our confirmation number and nothing else so I stay here in Mindinao with her and wait until someone reverses the flow of illegal immigration and pays attention to us old timers. We're both in our sixties and cleared to be wed by both countries with no criminal records.
