Wow. So fast. Congratulations. I dont understand though - several Philippine filings from May 2022 still pending.

Thank you. I believe that our application was very strong because we provided a moderate amount of each type of evidence that was applicable. And we have had several visits within the 2 year period as opposed to the minimum requirement of one. I hope that information helps give you insight.

Oh great. I think we will be fine as well. We have copious evidence for each issue required, and two visits - one over a month long. Hope we join you soon at NVC.

Hi. Congrats. In your case, did the petitioner get notices from NVC, or is it just the beneficiary who received the notices? And was it by email or just letter? Thanks.
KCABJRT on 2023-11-07 said:
Just the petitioner but we made sure to bring the notice with us to the interview. We never actually got the physical letter delivered in the mail and the email only came after a follow up inquiry to the NVC. I would recommend registering your email with them as soon as you are eligible.

Thank you for the info. We got our NOA2 on Sept 29. But haven't heard anything since. How do we register our email? Thank you.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
