document review was done on June 30 but NVC asked to rescan & submit the passport again. All other documents are marked as accepted. Submitted on June 30, waiting for the second review.

Hello, I also filled i-130 for my wife in India in June 2022. Your case was approved by USCIS in 3 months. Thats great. Texas is usually talking 11.5 months. I dont know if it will take the same amount of time for my case.

Did you get the visa approved?
BRM on 2023-11-15 said:
No, interview was on April 03. 2023 and it went into administrative processing where they asked for education, biographic information like in DS5535. Submitted it on April 11, 2023 and followed up 3 times with the Senator’s office. It’s still in administrative processing after 7 months and there has been no updates to the case on ceac.

I contemplated filing writ of mandamus but figured it will be a waste of time & money.

I’m sorry for the delay. Are you planning to file a lawsuit? It is more than a year that you are waiting! Any clue why this happened? I wish you clarity soon.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
