Hello TikTok friend🙂🙂🙂. Be encouraged! I suggest you also process the I-129F if you and hubby want to be together quicker. Happy Sunday My Wife🥰🥰🥰

Hello thanks I will be updating
Brandy Udeze on 2023-02-16 said:
@Shamondy hey dear. Yes I did file the i129 after my petition. It didn't do anything for me. Thanks love. Just trusting the process ðŸ™ðŸ½
Shamondy on 2023-02-17 said:
@Nwakeze the I-129F is k1 (non-married) and K3 (married). It is the non-immigrant visa type for those in relationships.
Nwakeze’s on 2023-02-17 said:
Oh ok so do I also apply for the f3 to add to my I-130? Right now I’m just waiting for the approval and it’s been 301 days since NOA1 today. Would the k3 help move along?
Nwakeze’s on 2023-02-17 said:
Also what is “ RFEâ€mean?
Brandy Udeze on 2023-02-17 said:
Yes try completing the f3. Rfe means Request for evidence. They needed more information to complete the i130 had I had everything they wanted they would of approved me then. Ughh
Shamondy on 2023-02-17 said:
Yes. You can file I-129F. There is a possibility that it will move your I-130. They will either grant the I-129F or they will review the I-130, approve it and deny the I-129F. In my case, I submitted my I-130 5/11/2021 and was still waiting approval. I submitted I-129F 9/2021. They denied the I-129F and approved the I-130 .
Shamondy on 2023-02-17 said:
RFE is Request for Further Evidence. Do not let this scare you. They will send you the RFE, give them what they are asking for immediately. This will add 3 additional months to your case waiting period. Again, do not let this upset your spirit. It is all a waiting game at this point. I’ve been DQ since June 18, 2022 and still waiting on interview letter.
Nwakeze’s on 2023-02-17 said:
Dang girly you’re so right it is a waiting game but no I was just wondering what those abbreviations were it didn’t happen to me but yes it will be 10 months on the 22nd of this month and California service center says 10 1/2 months so hopefully soon lordddddd E no easyoooo
Shamondy on 2023-02-17 said:
@Nwakeze 🤣🤣🤣🤣 IKR! Well, see if the I-129F will push your I-130. It’s free to file it, so it doesn’t hurt to try🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸. Best wishesðŸ‘ðŸ½

Congratulations guys! Omg I’m happy things are moving along AMEN! It makes me excited about my case. I was thinking about putting another expedite in because of the election but we will see. They denied 2 off my request because it wasn’t important enough lol anyway I’m so happy for the both of you God bless you guys please when and if you can let us know about the fees for medical exam and if the vaccines is apart of that visit or is it separate and how much. Also what are all the vaccines you have To take? Thanks so much
Nwakeze’s on 2023-03-01 said:
Omg I know when you seen that approval you heart dropped fir joy lol🕺ðŸ¿ðŸ’ƒðŸ¾ðŸ’¥ðŸ’¥ðŸ’¥
Shamondy on 2023-03-01 said:
@Nwakeze you will jump for joy soon! You can start with vaccinations now and get them recorded on a card to present at the medical, or you can get your first round of vaccines from the medical examiner. I heard that the cost of Medicaid has increased due to inflation, but there are several different places for the medical and they all have different prices. Adding in the vaccinations will increase the cost of medical. The type of vaccines is based on the recommended vaccinations for US, please search online for US recommended vaccinations and you will get a list of the needed vaccines. I hope this helps.
Brandy Udeze on 2023-03-01 said:
Thank you so much.... What God cannot do does not exist!! Its definitely going to happen for you in perfect timing. I was so happy when I looked in my documents section and seen the approval there. All God!!
Nwakeze’s on 2023-03-01 said:
Thanks for that yes you are right. Just wanted to know the prices of the medical exam in Nigeria but we will see. I just wanted to make sure just in case anyone knew for sure the places in Nigeria and if the vaccine place is in the same place as the medical exam or if in different places also if anyone know for sure what vaccines because I checked online and there are different ones on different sites so just wanted to be sure with people that are going though the process in Nigeria now so I can be very sure. Also so my husband can Have enough money to pay for everything.
Shamondy on 2023-03-01 said:
To be sure of the costs, it is better to call the locations and ask. I have learned that prices are negotiated no matter if there are posted prices.

Congratulations doll I can’t for mines. It’s crazy that they the just moved up all dates and the house hold income. I’m good on the income but I have to do my taxes differently because of how my taxes is set up lol I already filed them but now I have to make changes and at first they had up until May 25 of this year to give me an answer for my I 130 now they moved it all the way to January of next year and the California service center went from 10 1/2 months to 15 months so that put an extra three months on my time. God willing things will change. I miss My Husband so much I’m gonna have to take another trip was it six months now
Nwakeze’s on 2023-03-31 said:
Also, please share when you get a chance about the process for the amount of money that you’re gonna have to have for the full medical exam and please let us know about the vaccines the requirements of which ones that you have to take before you get the medical exam because it’s nothing really plain and clear on the CDC website and I know that Covid vaccine is required but what other ones are required? And is it two different places to get their vaccines?
Shamondy on 2023-03-31 said:
@Nwakezes the amount of medical fees is based on the medical facility you choose to use. Here is the link for the facilities acceptable in Nigeria: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/LGS-Lagos.html#med_exam_instructions (copy and paste the link into your internet search bar. Q-Life posts their fees on PDF, here it is: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/LGS-Lagos.html#ExternalPopup . The cost for exam has increased from N57,500 to N69,000....you will pay this immediately upon scheduling your exam online. If you need vaccines https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html (use the link) it will cost an additional N72,000 (assuming this is for an adult at Q-Life). You don't have to take vaccines prior to medical exam, they can begin your first does at the medical office. If you choose to get vaccinations prior to the medical, you can get those at your local clinic that offers vaccinations, check with them for the cost and weigh out your options. I hope you find the links helpful.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
