Stay strong. Sending positive vibes your way. We will be approved soon. We will be with our loved one this year ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ’ªðŸ¾

Hi! i just wanna ask is ankara/istanbul taking any interviews for the k1?

Yes, they should be. Our embassy will be Ankara.

Hey guys, I’m concerned because I’m not seeing that anyone has posted an interview date on this website during year 2022. When you go the visa search criteria and enter a time range for interviews conducted in 2022, nothing comes up. Has anyone else noticed this?

And that is for all of us on this website with beneficiaries in the country of turkey 🇹🇷

@Desy, I noticed the same thing! Quite honestly, I think people are just burned out with the entire process that they are no longer updating VisaJourney. I have not seen any news about the embassy in Ankara since March 2022.

I hope it is a situation where people are indeed just not updating on visajourney, as opposed to no interviews...

hey guys, i am approved on August 11 2022 and still waiting for NVC (petition has not received yet by NVC). Is there anyone who is in same situation?

Hi Krhn, I am in the same situation. I was approved on August 24 and am still waiting for my case number. I submitted an inquiry to NVC but have not received an update.

Hi NRGUY, We sent email to nvcresearch@state.gov when we are at 30. days after approval. They emailed back in 5 days and say that they have not received our petition. 2 days ago (42 days after approval) we sent email again to same email address about our petition and not get any email back(still waiting). Also, we sent outside of processing form to USCIS because if NVC didn’t received our petition, it is obviously still in USCIS and i saw this way somewhere and it worked on someone’s petition.

Hi NRGUY did the outside processing time work for you ?

NRGUY
Thanks for the tip
I emailed the email address u mentioned above and they have my case and will send details soon.

Congrats on the approval! During the interview, were you all asked for an signed original copy (not scanned/copied) of the letter of intent to marry or did you submit a scanned one?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
