NVC confirmed on 6th April 2022 Document Qualified, waiting interview letter for immigration visa .. Did anyone receive interview letter with DQ date post 1st April 2022 or what is the latest DQ date interview letter was received?

I-130 approved 24th Dec 2021 (2 months)
DQ date 6th April 2022 (3 months)
IL received : 30th Sep 2022 (6 months)
Interview : 1st Nov 2022 (1 month)
First officer called and Collected below original documents :
PCC
Birth certificate
marriage certificate
Divorce certificate
Passport
2nd officer asked below questions.
1. When married ?
2. When did you meet him last ?
3. Asked album
4. Any kid?
5. Which company he is working
6. How did he go to US
7. How many days you lived together
8. Did you ever apply visa earlier and status?
9. Any of your relative living in US ?
10.Show tax returns
11.which city you will be going?
12.How often he has been sending money to you.
She was given below 3 documents after officer said her visa is approved.
1. The USCIS immigration Fee details.
2. Notice of conditional status details.
3. Your visa is approved with details for the next steps.
Immediately after the interview, status in the below site showed "Administrative Processing". but next day it showed "Issued".. I heard some people it got updated as issued immediately on the same day ...

Status in the traveldocs still shows "Your Passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate".
