Submitted request to US Senator (John Ossoff) on January 7th, 2022.
Was contacted by a caseworker from Ossoff's office on April 22nd, 2022.
They returned the communication they received from USCIS on May 3rd (the same day USCIS communicated to them).
Communication states that they will either give me a decision or request additional information within 30 days of May 3rd, 2022.
Case approved with no interview.

Filled I-765 1 year after filing the I-485. They reused my biometrics that were previously done for the I-485. |

I had a really good experience. I left all of my electronics in my car, but they did put my car key in a locker since it had a battery in it (wasn't given any hassle about it). I had to go up to a window to provide the documents they requested. They did not need all of the documents that were on the packet, but those are there in case they require additional proof. I then had to sit down and wait about 10 minutes before I was called up for my interview. These interviews are not private, they are done in the lobby, so the other people there can hear you. Very straightforward, and took about 30-45 minutes total. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
