Its just an arrest not conviction. They called me late for interview but the IO was very professional. Since my arrest was outside the GMC period he said he will not even ask any questions. However he did not approve the same day -- this seems to be a standard process for any one with criminal record or arrest. He said he will double check the arrest date and dismissal date and my case was approved next day.
