K3 filed on Jun 06, 2022, received NOA from Potomac.
Active review for I-130 started on July 05, 2022. USCIS chat agent said the I-130 is also transferred to Potomac.
No activity on I-130 on 11th month so contacted congressman regarding I-129F hoping they will help me as I-129F was beyond processing time. Congressman emailed and forwarded USCIS approval with approval after 2 weeks.
Approval in documents tab on April 25, 2023.
Contacted NVC to transfer case from Montreal, Canada to Kathmandu, Nepal. Case transferred May 3, 2023
