Hi,
Sorry for the very late post... My POE is SFO around 7:30 PM last April 28th.
I Hand carried my X-ray film , Me and my newly acquaintance in VJ name Ana went to New Immigrants lane but one office told us to go straight at Visitors lane ... while waiting for our turn, An Officer inside the Visitors lane booth told us to proceed to new immigrants lane (so confusing? ehhhhmmmmm)
but then one good officer help us, He personally ask the other officer inside the booth if he can process K1 Visa.... So we departed our ways Ana proceed to other booth ... The Immigration officer who interviewed me was so nice, He asked for my Visa Packet and some questions like: Who is my Fiance? Where does he Live? Is He a nice guy (I said YES!) and also had my finger printing and photo. He remind me to Marry within 90 days and that's it! Welcome to USA ( for the 2nd time) hehhehehehehe. Thanks to all VJer's!!!!! I really appreciates All your kindness.
Best Regards
Sopie(^____^) |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
