Current timeline for I-212 processing is ~25 months, contacted senators local congress no one can expedite further we are at two months waiting as of now. Consulate Review: Warsaw, Poland Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : June 21, 2024 Embassy Review : The interview itself seemed to go smooth, we were initially approved after the interview. We received an email to come back to the embassy the following day, we did and learned we required an I-130 waiver due to immigration history. Our status is now Administrative Review with CEAC until our waiver is approved. Rating : Good
