Hey, My name is Dinara. Me and my fiance' also applied a year ago for K1 visa. I was trying to find someone from Uzbekistan but couldn't till now. We are waiting for NVC case number, it's been 30 days almost. I have a question if you don't mind, do you know who should book the appointment at the embassy (NVC and we have to do it ourselves)?

Hi Dinara, as far as I am aware, when your files will reach Uzbekistan, you will get instructions from us embassy in Uzbekistan, where they will advise you to book an appointment for interview, take medical exam and file DS-160. I also know that us embassy in Uzbekistan is answering on emails, so you can ask them directly. Hope that was helpful, please let me know, if you get any information about that. Did you email NVC?

All the mentioned above I've already known. Probably we are going to text them or just wait for the instructions from the embassy. But first we need to get out NVC case number. My fiance' is going to submit inquiry today as it's been 31 days since we got our NOA2. I will let you know how it's going. If you do not mind text me on my email so we can share out contacts and be in touch in case any of us has a question. I will be glad to assist! My email: amidi.ruslanovna@gmail.com Thank you!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
