I had my interview today and everything was very smooth. Total time from entering to finished interview was about 2 hours.
Try not to bring any electronics (incl. phone, watches), it will expedite the entire process.
The questions asked at my interview were pretty basic: they inquired about previous marriages, when we met, how long we've been dating, where my fiancee is living etc. - they were not interested in any supplemental evidence like photos or passport stamps, even though I brought some.
At the end I was told the visa is approved and should arrive within 10 business days (by UPS - home delivery) |

Timeline Comments: 3This whole process is just unbearable at times. I'm so sorry y'all got an RFE after 415 days. I'm so nervous that we will too 😢 Please share what the reason was, if you don't mind. We used citizenpath website to comple our application in hopes to make sure that all the information needed was there. Oh boy, it's kinda nerve-wracking. But I wish you both the best going forward ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ’ªðŸ¾

Hi there
How do u know the nvc received your case? Do they send u an email or letter in the mail. My case was approved by uscis since 8/18/22 but nothing from nvc yet
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
