Thank you! It’s my fiancé that’s having the interview tomorrow, I’m the applicant. I will get the questions from her after interview and share
Brad_tuk on 2022-04-12 said:
Pls I want to ask a question.
My question is did you pay for your visa and schedule your interview when it your petition showed ready or you waited for the packet 3 from the embassy before scheduling for an interview?
Thank you
Skyon90 on 2022-04-12 said:
You can go ahead and pay the MRV fee which is the visa fee now. Once your case shows in transit, you should go ahead and book your appointment like a month in advance. That way it gives you enough time for the case to arrive at the embassy and to do the medical. After you do medical, It takes about 4 business days for the medical result to arrive at the embassy so weekends doesn’t count. Which is why I said book like a month out or a month and a half to give yourself time.
Boy333 on 2022-04-12 said:
Was thinking the medical results will be giving to the beneficiary go for the interview or thing have change
Skyon90 on 2022-04-12 said:
Yea to the beneficiary. I was just speaking in general. My bad for the confusion.
Boy333 on 2022-04-12 said:
Pls share the questions congratulations ðŸ¾ðŸ¾
Skyon90 on 2022-04-12 said:
Thank you!! My fiancé told me the questions were very straight forward. Make sure all the documents are there as described in the instruction packet. Pictures are the right size. Make sure there are no pictures of bridal price payment ceremony because they will look at that as marriage.
Have you been arrested before?
Have you been to the united state before? How did you meet?
How often does your fiancé visit?
Where does your fiancé work?
How long has he been working there?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
