I am writing for my mother's EB3 visa application and I am accompanying my mom. DQ since Nov last year and case is at Abu Dhabi embassy ryt now with no IL yet. Priority date 2008 and Indian national

Heard EB3 visas were slow to be issued and at much lower numbers at Abu Dhabi. We contacted our agent(petitioner) and they said that Embassy is not responding after sending the case. Hopefully within 6 months we should be getting IL..
