It took roughly 3 hours, but I do have to admit the staff was very nice and friends. I was asked a few questions, but nothing unusual. But here goes the wait again. Filed my 601 waiver on Feb 22nd 2008 for overstay and was told to wait 60-90 days. Wish me luck!!!! Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 134 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 269 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Consulate Review: Frankfurt, Germany Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : February 25, 2008 Embassy Review : I had my interview on Feb 22nd 2008. It went very smoothly and the staff was very nice. I was asked a few simple questions and then was told because of my overstay i had to file a 601 waiver. Filed it the same day...no issues. The staff was very pleasant and would take that consulat any day again. Rating : Good
