Embassy Review : |
My wife said there was a kids area, so we were able to bring our 1 year old son. We ended up not bringing him and had his Aunt watch him at the hotel. She could of watched him at the embassy although. My wife said the process was super smooth. That being said, we were super prepared. She mentioned there was a couple before her that forgot their interview letter from the NVC. Don't do that lol. The interviewer spoke in pure english and spoke very fast my wife said. They looked at all the paperwork and approved her on the spot lol. Yay!! Phew. We used a lawyer to help us with the NVC step and to prepare for the interview. Here is his website.

his prices are very reasonable, and if it weren't for his help, we may of had trouble at the NVC step, so I highly encourage everyone to get a lawyer for that step to ensure that your income is represented properly. That being said, our process was super smooth. I think my wife showed up an hour early and was let into the building 30 minutes before her appointment (8:30 am was the appointment). |

Timeline Comments: 1As of today, no movement. Will be filling second expedite request next week.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
