You might want to email the consulate in ISL to track your case they will send you a link. If not then if the ceac shows your case is ready then fill out the ds-160 and then schedule an appointment. They will not notify you until ds-160 is not done. Email the consulate they got back to me in 2-3 days with an update. Inshallah it’ll work in your favor.
