Comments : Bio was taken in Cincinnati OH but they scheduled interview in Cleveland OH at 12:30. We were in USCIS office before 20 minutes and at 12:45 officer announced my name and escorted us to his office. He said to show my passport, EAD and my wife's state ID and told us to sit down while he's pulling out our case file on computer. After that he said to stand up raise your right hand and say oath with him. He asked many questions about our relationship, our work histories, how we met. At the end he said all of your documents are complete, i dont think i need anything else from u. I request him to update my joint sponsor work place, he said there's no need for that. He asked me, do we have some papers for our relationship proof? I submit some additional evidences which were our joint will, utility bill with both of our names, home title, joint bank account certificate, he scan those docs and give them back to me. I told him we have our pics together. He said he would like to have a quick look on them. Interview took around 45 minutes for us. At the end he said I'm giving u a paper and u r good to go. Do you've some questions for me i said No thanks. He gave me a paper which says our case is held for further review. On 4/14/22 i got notification from case tracking app that case is approved.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
