Hi Holly & Alejandro! seems we are on the very same path and with similar timelines.
When do you expect to have an appointment date in Juarez? Our lawyer says we have to wait 3 months at least for a date.
I have a question, did you submit any pictures during your process?

Hello. I see you submitted your NVC DS-261 package and fees May 2022, so it has been over 1 year at this point (as of 6/2/2023). From what I see, most people get the CDJ interview within 6 months of submitting the DS-261, so trying to understand if that timeline has changed or if you are having unique issues?
I was wondering if you (1) just hadn't updated your profile for new events, (2) were rejected by the NVC, (3) had misfiled paperwork that had to be corrected, or (4) had an attorney do a follow up letter with them at this point?
Just trying to understand what we might run into and learn from others.
Thank you!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
