Consulate Review: Sydney, Australia Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : January 15, 2023 Embassy Review : The process was very straightforward, the entire “interview” lasted about 5 minutes. I didn’t have to provide any evidence of the relationship. They only wanted to see the required documents (i.e. medical report, police checks, etc.). I was denied/refused on the spot because I had ordered the incorrect type of police report from both Australia and New Zealand. The immigration officer handed me a piece of paper and told me I needed to submit the correct police reports before my case would be approved. Rating : Good
