I have questions please anyone please answer me my questions is my fiancé and I we have new baby born South Africa and I send my fiancé my passport to get the baby birth certificate and they said I have to be there to get birth certificate because my fiancé doesn’t have South Africa citizenship well even she born there and they will never gave you right birth certificate they only gave you hand written birth certificate.anyone has this problem please let me know what should I do to fix this problem
