Did you schedule your interview after getting instructions from Consulate or after status changed to Ready.

Hello,
My case was Ready at NVC on 21st July 2023 and I am still waiting for appointment letter from Mumbai Consulate. I went ahead and scheduled my interview. When did you receive your appointment letter for scheduling medical?

My Case is still in transit. It is being sent to New Delhi. I don't know if New Delhi does k1 interviews.

As far as I know, only Mumbai Consulate does k1 interviews. It will be ready in a couple of days or maybe today. But thats where I am stuck, and dont know what happens further.

For my k1 visa application, I had scheduled VAC appointment and interview in August 2023 with DS 160 number AA01, which I cancelled in advance.
I had my biometrics on 6th September 2023 and interview on 20th September 2023. Ds160 application submitted for these appointments was AA02.
I got a call on 20th September 2023 from Mumbai Consulate to send the old DS160 with number AA01 confirmation page.
Previously,
I can see in the ceac website old DS160 application AA01 is Approved and new application AA02 is still in Received status.
Will there be any issues because of this on my visa or port of entry? Both DS 160s are mostly same.

What did you put as country of residence on marriage license application?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
