Hi Niecy, it seems like we filed our I-130 around the same time. Also, our petitions were sent to the Potomac Service Center. I wonder if you hear you back from USCIS or Potomac Service Center?

I have contacted USCIS and they said my i-130 Petition is in Nebraska!

Congratulations!!! That was fast approval.. did you expedite?
Jesset0m on 2022-11-07 said:
Hi.
Expedite denied. I filed k3. And also grace of God came through for me

Happy for you! No RFEs as well? I heard Nebraska is actually one of the fastest SC. Our PD is July 20th, but ours went to Vermont i think..
Jesset0m on 2022-11-07 said:
Yeah. No RFE thankfully. Maybe you should file k3 and see how it goes. Vermont usually take the longest.

Congratulations. That was less than 4 months. wow! good for you. Keep us posted.

Quick Question:
How did you contacted USCIS when they said your i-130 Petition is in Nebraska?
Jesset0m on 2022-11-07 said:
Oh I contacted USCIS online.
Through ask Emma. I chat with a live agent and asked them.
Cammar on 2022-11-07 said:
Thanks, the live agent just told me my I-130 was sent to the Texas Service Center.

Ohhh. Congratulations.
As long as you're not in Potomac or Vermont you're good haha
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
