Hello,
Any updates yet?

Nope not yet. What about you??
Abenajj on 2022-01-16 said:
Nope. Just got the NOA today and created the account. I'm really excited and once I saw this platform, I thought it was cool that we can kinda update each other.
Let's keep in touch!

Oh yes for sure. This is the longest part. Just waiting. When did you file
Abenajj on 2022-01-16 said:
I submitted the packet on the 27th of December 2021. By God's grace I am praying the processing times speed up for this year and we don't have to wait as long as others who filed before and during 2020.

Hi! I have been following your case for a while. My fiancee and I are also doing a K-1 through Ghana. What was your RFE for? How did you answer it? We are hoping for a NOA2 any day now. Our filing date was 12/20/2021.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
