Filed DCF in London on the 2021/11/03 and approved on the day but told it will be 12 weeks until we hear anything more.

Filed DCF under exceptional circumstances (wife was offered a job in the USA) in London on the 2021/11/03 and approved on the day. Recieved instructions to arrange medical and interview just a little after 12 weeks later. Used a co-sponsor since my wife had not filed taxes while in the UK, although it seemed like this may not have been a problem when I had the interview. Approved at interview on 2022/04/19 and recieved my passport back around a week later in the mail. DCF was definitely the way to go, we spoke to 2 lawyers before filing and both told us my wife would first have to move to the USA and then file from there, which we were told could take around 2 years! Glad we did our own research and found a much faster route.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
