We received our NVC completion letter stating they would be working with the Embassy in Mumbai to set an interview date foe spousal visa to US. We have been waiting and our lawyer says she knows nothing. Meanwhile other friends of ours got married a few weeks before us and have gotten their visa and are hunted again. It's nw been two years apart from my husband as he is Tibetan and considered foreigner and I as his wife a tourist. So not been able to even visit. It's literally heartbreaking. Why is it taking so long?

+91 99103 77524 He’s Tibetan his name is Gelag. He’s worth whatever he charges as he is familiar with the things that they ask for that are not on the list of questions we are given. I’m actually working with my state representative in Congress locally to write a letter to the state department about our experience and how unfair this system is. Our immigration attorney was also incredible and affordable. She is in San Francisco.

Look at the first post where I answered your question.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
