Hi. You guys haven't gotten NOA2 yet?
blank avatar Abenajj on 2022-08-08 said:
Would you mind sharing not in detail though the reason for the RFE?
blank avatar MT1 on 2022-08-08 said:
Hi Abenajj, it was a request for evidence from our expedite request that was requested in July.

Ooo okay and I'm guessing they didn't accept. Oooo... sorry. I'm looking at the timelines to give myself an idea if things are the same or speeding up or getting slower.
blank avatar MT1 on 2022-08-09 said:
Not sure about speeding up :-) but it appears to be taking between 400-475 days for RFE and/or approval. Just pray & keep faith that yours will be one of the ones they randomly pic, becuase it appears they arent really going in the order of receival.

blank avatar MT1 on 2022-08-22 said:

Can you let us know how hard it is to see available interview dates and to schedule.
blank avatar MT1 on 2022-12-10 said:
We were just approved to schedule an interview on Monday 12-5 and were locked out of our account. So, today was the first day we could get in our account to view interview dates & of course, no available appointments. So, at this point I can't say.

Please how was the interview search like? Can you please pass on some information? The times that you did the search ? I have been searching over five months and still I got nothing. Kindly share please
blank avatar MT1 on 2023-01-04 said:
Still searching......
Quarzy on 2023-01-09 said:
What time do you normally do your search? How is the search going? Do you know of any K1 WhatsApp group?
blank avatar MT1 on 2023-01-11 said:
We don't have a set search time just when we think of it (in the morning, lunch and bed time) not really much we can do. If you log in too many times you get locked out so we just do three times a day whenever. Search is still going. No, I dont but I'm sure there are plenty WhatsApp groups out there, I am just not appart of any.
Quarzy on 2023-01-13 said:
Thank you for your response. I have been searching for 6 months 5-6 times a day and I’m yet to get a date. Hope we all find a date soon 🙏🏾
blank avatar MT1 on 2023-02-07 said:
This process is so sad and frustrating... at some point the least they could do is give us a date, atleast we would know when and what we are up against instead of just forcing us to keep logging in looking knowing they have not added any new dates. This is crazy!
blank avatar Abenajj on 2023-02-07 said:
I'm so sorry about this. Can you call the consulate? I'm sure they haven't released dates for k1s but they sure are giving b1b2 visas. They have over 1k in December.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
