Hello. I am in a similar situation to you. I expect to get my NOA2 soon (Russian fiance) and K1 processed through California service. However, as the US Embassy servicing Russians is in Warsaw Poland, and Poland is not issuing Schengen visas to Russian citizens, what is your plan to go to another embassy? Thank you.

Congratulations. Where did you end up doing your interview?

That's great news. Can you tell me how she was able to get into Poland? We will be in a similar situation soon and want to have a plan. Thank you so much.

She had a Shengen visa. We went from Moscow to Istanbul to Warsaw. I don’t think that’s possible anymore though. Check the Russian forums here for more info.

Ok thank you

When did you apply for the Schengen Visa and which country approved the Visa? Poland is not processing tourist Schengen visas for Russian citizens so I'm assuming you applied to another Schengen country and used it to enter Poland, correct? But my understanding was in order to do it, you have to fly from the Visa granting country directly to Poland. Thanks for explaining
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
