Prior to receiving any notice from the consulate, I opened an account at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com and submitted a request to schedule an appointment. That request was approved and I was able to select an appointment prior to receiving notice that the consulate had received my file. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 323 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 440 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
