hi, have you already sent your documents?

Hey! We still don’t know what they want. We haven’t received the physical copy of the RFE yet. It’s a RFIE in our case and we are pretty paranoid as to what they want.

in my case they wanted a divorce paper for my fiancé, he was married before and the lawyer sent the paper without the letterhead, we had to resend it, simple to solve. Good luck ðŸ€

How long did it take for you to get the physical copy of RFE from the day shown in the website?
BJ&MA on 2022-04-05 said:
four days they sent the paper to my fiance's house and they gave us two months to send it back but we already sent it immediately. Now we are waiting again 😔
Saivarshini on 2022-04-05 said:
Oh no 😩
Have you tracked it through USPS?
BJ&MA on 2022-04-05 said:
yes , but i have seen cases that upon receipt , they took two months to respond , my fiance said he read on the internet that they can take 3 to 6 months to respond to Noa2 , but i hope to god they responded sooner. Sad , one year waiting 😞

Hey, Saivarshini. Any luck yet with NOA2?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
