Hi, Can you let me know if my souse has already filed i130 petition, do we still require i129f (K3) to be filed?

No, I-129F (K-3) is optional

Hi JD2, I have similar timelines as yours. Would appreciate it if we could connect. Please send me a note. Thanks!

You can ask me here. I'll try to help if I can.

Thanks. My case status changed to being actively reviewed on March 5, 2022 (after filing I-129F) and has been like that ever since. Looks like your case got approved within 2 days from the actively reviewing stage (congrats!). Not sure what to expect in terms of timelines for approval with my case. And even though my beneficiary's consulate is New Delhi, I am hearing that all cases are being referred to Mumbai. Is that accurate? And how did you find out the date that your case was transferred to VSC from TSC?

Yes all immigrant visas in Bombay. I just assumed based on the date of the online account notice which said Vermont

Thanks. Is your beneficiary based in New Delhi as well? Apart from the marriage certificate/wedding photos/travel itineraries, was there any additional supporting evidence you shared with your initial application?

I had loads of evidence. I can't list it all here. Just search Google for types of evidence.

How long did it take to receive a notice from Uscis after Fedex or UPs delivered your k3

I got SMS within 1 day of delivery and notice in the mail 8 days after that.

Did you get interview date?

Just got interview letter today

Please your dq date pls?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
