I’m filing k3. I have seen many people file that and it sped up the process. Thats why i’m asking.
Lanesiagarcia on 2021-12-09 said:
Yes I did apply for a k-3 I did it on November 16th they actively started reviewing my case yesterday on the 7th and today when I went and looked it was approved on the 8th

Wow thats so fast. I hope mine goes through as fast. K3 really does help. I heard Nvc only takes between 1-3 months too. How did you know you got transfered to Potomac? I tried using Emma but it only says to check my case status.

Yes it was very fast. I was able to find out what Center I was transferred to buy going to ask Emma but when you go in you need to tell it that you want to speak to an agent. It will transfer you to a live person who will tell you exactly where your case is at. And yes I just checked on the website and the NVC is processing transfers that came in from November 3rd right now so it shouldn't take that long to get my email but the process takes about 2 months from what it says but we will see.

Were you transferred to Potomac because of your K3?
Lanesiagarcia on 2021-12-17 said:
No they sent us there in the beginning

Congrats! Did you send the K3 to Potomac directly?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
