Hey, did you expedite your I-130?
Andrew&Kaye on 2021-11-12 said:
I didn't do anything. I got a notification that it was being actively reviewed about 2 weeks ago, then about 1 week later it was approved. I started with the Texas service center, then the approved notification came from Nebraska center, so I'm assuming it got transferred.

Did it say Texas Service Center on the bottom of your receipt notice? and if it did, did you ever contact USCIS to confirm that your case was actually being processed in Texas? Reason I ask is I know someone whose Receipt said Texas but after they contacted USCIS by chat, they learned that their case had actually been in Nebraska from the start. They even asked twice and received the same answer.

Yes, the initial I-130 receipt notice said Texas, however, the approval notice had Nebraska at the bottom. I never called USCIS to confirm what service center was processing it.

Have you received an interview date ?
Andrew&Kaye on 2022-05-16 said:
No. Unless we get expedited, looks like it'll be about 8-12 months, depending on how quickly they process these visas.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
