They are still showing the consulate as Moscow but I received Embassy information that the consulate for Russian's is now Warsaw Poland!

If you have been approved please update your timeline. Of they keep moving the timeline a person will never be able to call because the time will never pass. Amazing!!!

If this date keeps changing how will it ever pass? How will a person be able to contact them within the guide lines? It seems to me this is inserted to stop questions and to discourage people eliminating the burden of workload!!! if this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition.
