Your package was received by the embassy already or still at the NVC?

Still at the NVC center we have case number not sure if was sent to Embassy as of 28 November 2022. After the letter how do the embassy contact you and when to do the medical exam. I think we have everything else already i was just there in Cameroon the first 2 weeks of November. I will be so happy when she has her visa in hand.

You have to check your email. Everything from the NVC and the embassy will come through your email. The emails will contain all information and instructions on how to proceed. First thing I will do once I get the package from the embassy is do the medicals cus they recommend doing it 3 weeks before your interview as it takes a while to be out(my fiancé had her’s in a week because she make friends with a lady at the medical place)

https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry.
Use this link to make an inquiry to the NVC and ask them if they sent your case to the embassy. I did that after my case was at the NVC for a while and I got the response below
“ The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition and will send detailed instructions to the petitioner, principal applicant, and attorney of record (if applicable) soon.â€

Thanks I hope I don't over look it or it goes to spam. So nervous and the unknown
If I don't receive before the end of my approval time what can I do we have only 3 weeks left.
Per&Del on 2022-12-30 said:
Tunchi is 3 weeks too long to get email from the Embassy? They sent you something in 6 days for us nothing for 23 calendar days this seems extra long from what I see in other time line.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
