Hello can I ask you if your case is updated to showing that it's actively being reviewed yet, if so when did it update? Also is your case still at the Nebraska Service Center or did they change you I seen that one person said that their service center changed, thank you for any help you can provide

No today turn 60 days since received and no update still on nebraska

Okay thank you I will keep you posted if anything changes on this end, this is the longest process. It makes no sense that some people stuff you're done so quickly and others takes forever.

Where is your case as far as timeline
Lanesiagarcia on 2021-10-11 said:
It keeps changing the other day it said it was going to be February 20th then it changed to March 19th now it is saying April 9th. So I really try not to look at it since it's all over the place, but when I looked on the u i s c s web page it says that the timeline for Nebraska service center is 3 to7 months which is almost back to the normal three to five months it was before the pandemic

Congratulations on getting approved

Congrats, just wondering if you did anything to speed this up. Like have lawyer, filled k3, etc

CONGRATULATIONS on getting approval. Have you filed K3? which service center your K3 (if filed) and I130 approval came from? This is to help others

Noo I did Nebraska, I used rapid visa which I got approved after they said they were working on my case in one day. I didn’t use no lawyers. N I did CR-1 I don’t know if that k-3?

Thanks for your response. CR1 is not K3. I129F is the form for K3.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
