Congratulations on such a fast approval!! I was wondering if you can answer the following:
1. Did you request an expedite? If yes, did it get approved?
2. Did you file I-130 by paper mail or online?
3. Did you file I-129F for K3?
Thanks!

Approximately how long after you submitted your I-130 did you submit your I-129F? Thanks in advance.

Can you talk about what you mean when you say your application was "touched at NVC on 11/30/2021"? What happened exactly and how did you know NVC looked at your case?

To Corgent - as seen on timeline, AOS and DS260 submitted on 11/18. We were not able to submit the Civil docs right away as the NBI Clearance is scheduled 12/01. On 11/30, received an email from NVC that we have a message. Msg says DS-260 Review Note - "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov."
- which is understandable. A few hours later, we uploaded NBI and submitted... (by then we just thought - back to the queue - let's wait 3 months :-) )

Gotcha, thanks. Makes you wonder if there's any chance you would've been DQ'd at that point if you had everything submitted.

In God's time. We are lucky enough for the USCIS part to be fast. :-) We pray that the process just go smooth.

Corgent, Thank you! Just in time for our first year wedding anniversary. Wohoo!! Am glad, all went well with yours too!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
