Congratulations!
Pls can you be kind enough to share the interview questions?
Thank you

Thanks. The questions actually depend on the person interviewing however they have some common questions.
Before the interview you’d take an oath to tell the truth and please ensure that you do.
You’d be give a material on Domestic violence to study.
Questions:
1. What are your names? What are your fiancés names.
2. Are you married.
3. Do you have any children? How many children does your fiancé have?
4. Is your fiancé married? Has he/she been married before?
5. Is your fiancé divorced? Make sure you hold the divorce certificate.
6. How may times have you met?
7. When did you last meet your fiancé.
8. Any evidence?
These are pretty much the questions.
By the way my last B1/B2 visa renewal was declined. The interviewer asked me the longest time I spent in the US. I answered exactly the question truthfully.
Please make sure you are truthful with the answers it’s very important because the interviewer already knows the answers.
I should say Goodluck but I don’t believe in luck but God’s providences.

The divorce certificate/decree can it be a scanned copy or the actual one should be couriered to you by your fiancee and what are the list of documents you took to your visa interview?
Thank you.

Hello Brad. Apologies for the delay in response. All the documents specified on the US Visa site for K-1 Visas must be secured. I had all the documents that are clearly stated on that site. Even evidence of your relationship. Make sure you take as many documents as possible as you may not know what they would ask for.
Brad_tuk on 2022-04-23 said:
Yes I wanted to know if the divorce decree can be a scanned copy or the original copy should be mailed?
Adanne67 on 2022-04-23 said:
Just a copy is required not the original. Scanned copy is fine.

Gud day hw was ur POE like
Adanne67 on 2022-04-26 said:
It was so easy. They just took a photo of me at first and then I was directed to the immigration department at the back office. The lady just asked for my passport and the packet from the consulate and in 10 minutes I was out of there. No hassles.

I think that it also depends on port of entry. I came through Miami home of immigrants and I believe they are used to this. That’s my opinion though.

Yes you have to book for your medical as soon as the embassy/consulate send you a mail notifying you that your documents have been sent from NVC. The cost varies from location to location but may not be less than $200. You must pay for vaccination and medical examination.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
