Comments : recieved a RFE on January 9th from NVC stating one document submitted was not clear and that I needed to resent, also my husband birth certificate was not acceptable and we had to go to the population office and get a affidavit of his birth, all documents were resubmitted on January 11th.

I had been married 2 times prior to my current marriage and they asked for my divorce decree and I only sent my most recent divorce so they requested that I send the divorce on my first husband as well
