My fiancé was with me and I asked the security at the entrance that I am here for fiancé visa and if the petitioner can also come in, they allowed him to come.
The whole process took about 2 hours (many applicants were waiting)
First I was called at the booth and they asked for my passport and photo
The agent asked me if it’s my first marriage, if it’s my fiancés first marriage and asked to see the original divorce degree of my fiancé
She asked if he has kids
She asked where we met and if we have met in person, I said yes three times now and said he is here also and she called him also to the booth, said it’s not required but it’s a good things he came
She asked him what he does for a living and if his kids live with him
Then asked me to write down my address and telephone
She saw I also have a tourist visa and said this will be cancelled if I get approved
This part was in my native language
We sat and waited for the 2nd agent
The 2nd agent called us and asked if I spoke English. This part was in English.
He asked me to raise my right hand and take an oath that everything in my application and this interview is true and took my fingerprints.
He asked if I have visited the US, I answered yes twice, he asked why I visited twice on esta but why I didn’t use my tourist visa (I had postponed the fiancé visa for a year and took tourist visa), I explained the reasons.
Then he asked where we met and to tell him a bit about our relationship. I said how we met and the trips we took to each other over the years.
He asked me also if it’s my first marriage and if I met my fiancés kids
He then asked if I have the i134 which I gave to him and he asked if he can keep it
Then he said it all looks good, that the process will take about a week and I will receive the passport via courier.
I asked if it will be delivered at the address I gave earlier and said yes, congratulations!!! |

Entry at Pittsburgh is REALLY easy.
The airport is normally regional so it has only 2-3 international flights daily.
The line was like 30 people only so it took us 5 minutes to go through
We had an approved k1 at the time I entered and the agent was normal, not interogative (like it was on my first entry at Peace Bridge)
He asked me reason for visit I said I visit my partner
He asked if we are married I said no
He asked how long I stay I said 2 months
He asked if we are married again I said no
He asked how we met I said we are both Greeks
He asked if I have anything to declare, I said one carton of cigarettes (I was holding the duty free bag)
He said enjoy your stay, that was it.
I called my partner and he was worried why I was done so fast, he thought they declined me lol
Fastest and easiest entry ever |

@mysterium Congrats! My visa was issued today
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
