K3 form received by USCIS: January 3, 2022
I believe the K3 form helped to speed up the process.

We did email the consulate after 4 weeks and they told us to contact NVC, which was only possible via the inquiry form.. Not much later an interview was scheduled, but that could have been a coincidence. Generally it looks like you get an interview invitation after 1-6 weeks of DQ for CR1/IR1 visas
