After receiving the packet from the dhl , I didn’t have to return none of the paperwork to the embassy. I only have to bring them to the embassy on the day of the interview

Sadam & Damarys on 2022-04-08 said:With the ds160 confirmation and the NVC letter that they emailed saying that case was sent to the embassy. The NVC letter should have a logo and barcode on it. If it doesn’t, try downloading it as pdf and saving it to the computer before you print it. You will also need passport style photos and passport.

She didn’t know answer for those questions.at the end of interview the consular told her to tell me to call uscis they ll tell me what to do .

I filed for my fiancé in 2020 of November. Of course Covid was rampant. They receive my case in November 23 2020 but I did not get a notice date until February 12 of 2021 and did not get an approval until September 30 of 2021. My case was finally sent to Haiti in January of this year and was received in February according to online update. Since then I’ve been at a standstill. I did create the DS 160 profile. Did you go ahead and pay the $265 visa fee or did you wait for the letter of instruction? I’ve been told after several inquiries since March to patiently wait for the letter of instruction . Did you get an email regarding the letter of instruction or was it sent to your fiancé resident in Haiti ? I know I asked a lot of questions but thank you so much in advance ☺ï¸

In my case I didn’t received an email but they called asking us To go to pick up the packet 3 at the dhl office and pay to 265 dollars. And we we have everything to go to the website to schedule the interview. Looks like some people are scheduling the appointment without the instructions letter try to see if you can .
