Comments : We got approved twice. The second time was on October 7th (as it's shown on the letter but October 8th is shown on the Case Status website) 🤷‍♀️
We called today, October 25th and we got our case number (not email received so far with any instructions or anything) BUT we found out our case was assigned to a wrong embassy 🤦‍♀️. My fiance pointed out the error right there while on the phone with NVC agent and it was told that a notification was going to be sent to their supervisor. We also submitted a Public Inquiry Form to NVC about the same issue.
• Our case was sent to the Madrid embassy on the 27th of October.
We are waiting for them to receive it and transfer it to Santiago de Chile.
• Madrid got the physical case on November 2nd
• After submitting three requests to the embassies involved, we got our case transferred from Madrid to Santiago de Chile on November 3rd.
• On November 8th our case showed an update on the CEAC page that said “READY”.
•Today, November 16th it was updated again and it shows the same status “READY” which at this point, we don’t know what it means.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
