From DQ to IL it took roughly 5 days. Will try to update my timeline.

Wow ! I'm also waiting to be interviewed in RIO, thats a good sign, no backlogs !!
My wife got a RFE on Feb 03 and resubmitted on Feb 08th(Proof of US domicile), waiting for the DQ email.
Thanks for the reply!

Edtab. We were a little surprised with how fast it was. Not only to schedule the interview, but how soon the actual interview will be. It caught us a bit off guard. We were notified today about it and my wife is taking a flight to Brasilia for her medical exams.

Hi MandMs! Thanks for sharing you experience, make us have an idea of how long we should expect the IL, I know each case is unique but really helps and give us hope. Sure the I-130 is the worse part of this process.
NVC is faster than I was expecting! Good luck on your case!
Thanks for sharing!!

Hi MandMs! I hope everything is working on your case. May I ask you how long it took for NVC to send your case to the embassy in Rio? My case just got DQ yesterday morning and still at NVC, I know is too early but just to have an idea so I can prepare for the medical. Thank you.

Hi @Edtab. Congratulations on your DQ. I know how you must be relieved to get on to the next step.
To your question, I know people have had wildly different experiences since November. Some waited for 3 months and some waited for less than a week. For us it took five days, which I believe it's uncommon. They also gave us a really short notice for the actual interview itself: 2 weeks, having the Carnaval week right in the middle.
So my wife had to fly the same day to Brasilia to get her medical exams done in time. There was only one appointment slot available in time before the interview date. But I assume you have to wait until it's scheduled before making your Dr Appt.
Wishing you the best of luck!

Thank you for all the information, I really apreciate, this helps a lot so we can have an idea how this crazy and long process works! I hope your wife interview went smothly and wish you the best!!!!

@Edtab, thank you! The interview was yesterday and it went really well. Quite a long visit to the consulate, as expected, but the interview itself was quick and easygoing.
Wish you all the best too!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
