I actually went ahead and paid visa fees as well. Now just waiting to schedule my appointments.

As an unfortunate side effect of checking the site too many times, my account got locked for almost 2 days for using the site too much.
It’s an unfortunate situation overall. But I think we will soon find slits for everyone soon.

Would you want to partner with us in monitoring the visa site? An example thought is that you can check the odd hour and we the even hour. This way we can check frequently without running the risk to get blocked.

We have not received any email from the US Embassy in Mumbai (Appointment Letter/Instructions). I filed a DS-160 form 1 week ago.
When should I expect any communication from the US Embassy or do I need to continue a different process?
