Wow, Congratulations and wishing you all the best. I wish everyone gets speedy approval like this.

Congratulations, how did you get your file transferred?

@Sheann You mean from Potomac to Nebraska? They did it automatically.. We filed I-130 online and had Potomac as our service centre on our I-130 received notice. We only noticed it had been transferred when we received our I-130 approval. Nebraska seems to be one of the faster processing centres at the moment.

@teekay I called UCIS the same day i left my message
and I was Informed that even though our NOA1 says Potomac our case is being handled by Nebraska!... We are so excited 😊 !!!... hopefully we will get the NOA2 soon... with there estimate being 5-7 months and we submitted our application on 2.7.22 we could be half way there!!

Two RFEs at NVC:
1) 18 July 2022 - I864EZ submitted but rejected so I864 submitted instead on the same day.
2) 19 September 2022 - Previously accepted tax extension letter was denied. Hubby filed his taxes and submitted tax documents to NVC on 22 September 2022.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
