Hi there, I see you and I share very similar timeline. Have you file the online form on ceac and affidavit of support yet?
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-08-31 said:
Would also like to keep track if you don’t mind; I will be updating mines as I go.
Olgamikh on 2022-09-05 said:
Hi, yes, sure! Congratulations on your approval. Hope to finish submitting the documents soon. How about you?
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-09-05 said:
Great. I’m still waiting for the payment status to be processed . I made the payment like 2 days ago. What is your visa category on ceac ? My spouse is F21.
Olgamikh on 2022-09-05 said:
The same, F21. Fee processing took 3 working days for us, they are slow.
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-09-05 said:
Oh ok. I’ve actually seen other people wait much longer for their fees to processed . It’s good to finally find someone with a very similar case in London because majority cases are us citizens petitioning for uk spouse. Hopefully our case doesn’t take long to get interview at the embassy.
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-09-05 said:
Also, any idea how long it’s taking to get the police certificate in the uk? On their website it says 12 days .
Olgamikh on 2022-09-05 said:
This is pretty accurate, plus some time for postage (royal mail strikes etc..)
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-09-09 said:
Great. Have you submitted all your docs to nvc and waiting to be dq?
Olgamikh on 2022-09-09 said:
That's right. How about you?
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-10-28 said:
Congrats on being DQ; Im estimating we will get DQ in mid November. Hopefully you get the interview letter soon x
Olgamikh on 2022-10-28 said:
Thank you! When did you submit your last document? For us, it took 50 days from submission to DQ
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-10-28 said:
First submission is sept 21st than an additional document on oct 3rd. From my understanding they will go based on the first submisssion as the other one was not required (uploaded under additional).
Olgamikh on 2022-10-28 said:
Yes - then you should hear in 2 weeks or so!
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-10-28 said:
Great. Fingers crossed we get Dq . Let me know once you get IL letter.
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-08 said:
Hey we just got DQ today. Have you gotten interview letter as yet?
Olgamikh on 2022-11-08 said:
Congratulations! No, still waiting for the interview letter..
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-08 said:
Thanks, you’ll probably get IL around mid to end of November.
Olgamikh on 2022-11-09 said:
I think I read somewhere that interview letters come in at the end of each month but never mid month. Do you think it's the case?
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-09 said:
I have no idea never heard of this. But I’m hoping you get yours atleast at the end of this month so it can give me an idea of when to expect the IL too. Are you going to wait for the IL to book your medical or will you do this before IL?
Olgamikh on 2022-11-09 said:
I think we might get our letters at the same time. As for the medical, we're not allowed to book until we received the letter, so have to wait
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-09 said:
Hoping your right. Since December holidays are coming up they probably won’t do much interviews until January
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-28 said:
Hey there, have you gotten IL yet?
Olgamikh on 2022-11-28 said:
Hey, no, we are still waiting.. have you??
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-28 said:
Not yet. I’m hoping by Wednesday we’ll hear from them.
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-30 said:
Hi, we just got interview letter for January 9th . Best of luck to you xx
Olgamikh on 2022-11-30 said:
We just got ours too, for Jan 6th. Looks like I was right, they're doing it once a month. Congratulations to us both!!
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-30 said:
Yes, congrats. Feels great to finally be at the end of this long journey . Unbelievable
Olgamikh on 2022-11-30 said:
hey! we were just trying to log in and reschedule the interview appointment. However, the system is showing that our case "is not ready for appointment". Have you by any chance tried logging into https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/signup/iv? Does it work for you?
blank avatar Yileidy on 2022-11-30 said:
If you want to reschedule the appointment you will need to wait till after your schedule date, that’s when the reschedule option will become available. We also thought about rescheduling, but honestly don’t want to risk anything after waiting 2+ years and some new cold/flu variant I’m hearing happening in the US. We booked the medical today for Dec 21st.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
