Hi there 😉 If you sent your application on February 3rd, the receiving date should be a couple of days later, that is your NOA. Could it be that you added your notice date as NOA1 instead? Good luck with your Journey 🤗

Hi, no it's right 😅 it took that long for them to mark it as received

Alright, but it took us 1,5 month as well, but the NOA1 date was still a couple of days after we sent it.

Your timeline says you were approved 196 days from your NOA1 date, was that quicker or slower than your timeline projected in the beginning?
Just curious because I am a July filer and initially it was projecting about 8 months (240 days) out for my NOA2, but its projecting closer to 9 months now.
But congratulations on getting that long wait out of the way!

It was within the estimated timeline, yours is probably adjusting to be slower since more and more backlogs are being logged by the site. The estimated should be when you'll expect yours. There's a backlog in Manila embassy right now though, they're not accepting any cases, all of them are sitting in NVC until they give the okay to forward it to them. From NOA2 to Interview, I think there's a backlog of 2 years right now. It might become slower or faster depending on how they're working on it. I'm expecting another 2 years of waiting for mine. You should expect that too, unfortunately. The long wait isn't over

Oh I fully expected a long wait overall, I just at least wanted the NOA2 part to out of the way by about April or May. I totally understand the backlog, but at least with travel restrictions the last 2 years there have probably been fewer applicants (because they haven't been able to meet in person). I am hoping that in an election year in both the US and the Philippines that some of the restrictions will ease up. You know how magically some things clear up come election time. That being said, I hope for the best case scenarios but expect the worst, I dont have a lot of confidence in the powers that be.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
